2020-07-02 01:30 - The server had a hardware failure. A replacement server was provisioned, backups copied over, and the sites were made live on the new hardware. Tickets were opened individually to each customer hosted on the server with updates. In case anyone faces any issues, please respond to the ticket. Thank you.
