As part of our commitment to quality and continual improvement, a few of the switches in the data centre are being reloaded to ensure network reliability and redundancy.
Our Technicians and Network Teams will be performing this maintenance out of hours. This work will result in periods of lost connectivity during the work.
--When will the work be carried out?--
The maintenance work is scheduled out of hours at the following date and time: 22:00 BST on the 15th of September 2022 and is expected to last until 00:00.

The work will be completed by Iomart Network Team and On-site technicians.

You will experience a brief period downtime lasting no more than 10 minutes during the maintenance period;

]]>The necessary fix is to reinstall the SSL certificate bundle issued by Sectigo.
If you have purchased the affected SSL from us, it is possible to download the certificate again from your client are to install on your website. If you purchased the SSL from a third party, please check with them on obtaining a copy of your SSL. If you are a managed or shared hosting customer the SSL update has ether already been applied or will be as soon as humanly possible. If you need any assistance we're happy to install the updated certificate for you.

update 14:10 The Server is currently back up. However as we have identified a hardware fault we will be looking at migrating all sites on this host to new hardware.
Update 11:39: We believe this is drive related. We are getting DC engineers to check the hardware currently.
Update 12:02: The server is back up. We have identified hardware issues and so will be looking at moving the sites onto a new server.

Update 12:02 The hardware of the server has been deployed and we are performing the move to new hardware now. Expected time is 1 hour 30 mins.
